Open Listing REP, Inc. subsidiary, Open Listing Real Estate Platform ("Open Listing REP", “Open Listings REP”, "Open Listing Platform", “Open Listings Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) greatly recognizes, values, and protects the privacy of people (“you” or “user”) who access or use any part of our websites, networks, mobile applications, or other services and content provided by us (collectively, the “Services”). WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information when you voluntarily disclose to us when you register as a user of our Services, express interests in obtaining information about us or our Services, when you participate in the activities on our Services, or otherwise when you contact us. Account information. Account information refers to your username, password, and verification codes. We collect this information when you register for a new account, login to our platform, submit validation forms, request for updating or deleting your account information, and during your use of our Services. We use this information to create your account as you request, to verify your credentials upon login, to provide you with account management services, and to analyze, evaluate, and manage our Services for system administration purposes.

Personal information. Personal information refers to data that may be used to identify an individual. We may collect your personal information including but not limited to names, date of birth, signatures, initials, ID number (passport or driver’s license), ID expiration dates, office name, email addresses, mailing and billing addresses, phone numbers, and other information that you choose to submit to us.

Payment information. Payment information includes the name of your bank, bank account number, routing number, expiration dates and security codes associated with your payment instruments.

Submitted documents and information contained in the documents. You may voluntarily upload or create documents with our Services. We may store the documents on our server and collect personal information from them. Depending on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choice you make, and the products and features you use, the personal information we collect from documents includes but not limited to ID numbers (passport or driver’s license), tax ids, names of people you have personal or business relationships with, family members, social security numbers, items you own or wish to transfer ownership of, financial matters, and personal accounts or account numbers with banks, financial institutions, merchants and vendors.

User contents. User Content refers to any applications, software, codes, texts, documents,  graphics, music, sound tracks, videos, feedback, suggestions, comments, proposals, communications, or any other information that you provide, publish, or otherwise directly or indirectly communicate to Open Listing Real Estate Platform or our agents pertaining to the Open Listing Real Estate Platform Services. The user contents that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choice you make, and the products and features you use.

Job applications. We may post job openings and opportunities on the Open Listing Real Estate Platform, job listing platforms, or other websites. If you respond to one of these postings by submitting your application, CV, and/or cover letter to us, we will collect and process the information contained therein to assess your suitability, aptitude, skills, and qualifications for employment with Open Listing Real Estate Platform.

You acknowledge and confirm that the information you voluntarily provide to us is up-to-date, accurate, and complete. You shall maintain and update your information promptly to assure your information is up-to-date, accurate, and complete.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, navigate, or use our Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics, troubleshooting, reporting, and improving purposes. Depending on the device you used, this device data may include the information such as your IP addresses, proxy server information, device and/or application identification numbers, locations, browser type, hardware model, Internet Service Provider (ISP) and/or mobile carriers, operation systems, and system configuration information.

Geolocation data. We collect your geolocation for delivering some of our Services. You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information by disabling your location settings on your device. However, you may not be able to use certain aspects of our Services if you choose to opt out.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this Privacy Policy will require us keeping your information for longer than the period of time which users have an account with us.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, when your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Review and change your profile. If you would like to review profile information associated with your account at any time, you can log into your account settings and navigate to the profile page. If you would like to make changes to your profile, you can log into your account and make such changes on the profile page. Upon making any changes to your profile, you should submit your profile information to pen Listings Real Estate Platform for verification again.  Before you submit your updated profile information, you should confirm that the information you are about to submit is up-to-date, accurate, and complete. Your profile information will be updated and ready for your review if your submission is approved.

Delete your account. You can delete your Open Listing Real Estate Platform account. If you decide to delete your account permanently, You will then need to submit your account deletion request following instructions. Please note that deleting your Open Listing Real Estate Platform account will cause us to terminate your existing Services.

Withdrawing your consent. If we are relying on your consent to process your information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable laws and regulations, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the process of your information before withdrawal, nor when applicable laws allow, will it affect the processing of your information conducted in reliance on lawful processing ground other than consent. Moreover, please note that if you choose to withdraw your consents, you may not be able to use certain aspects of the Services, and/or your account may be suspended.

Opt out from marketing and promotional communications. You can opt out from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, or by contacting us.

You will then be removed from our marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you for non-marketing purposes.

Enable or disable cookies or other Tracking Technologies. Most web browsers are configured to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to remove and/or reject cookies with functionalities provided by your browser. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

You acknowledge and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Privacy Policy if you continue to use the Services upon the new Privacy Policy takes effect.
